About the project

About the project

Complex challenges

The product's core interaction happened on a map, but the real difficulty was everything layered on top of it: a broad, complex tool ecosystem, end users who needed to act fast and without error, and situations — emergencies, real-time monitoring — where a confusing interface wasn't just bad UX, it was a real risk.

The Approach

I conducted in-depth research on map-based applications to inform interaction patterns and spatial UX decisions, designing specifically for clarity and reliability under pressure. In parallel, I led the implementation of Prime Vue Design System across the product to bring consistency and scalability to a fast-growing tool ecosystem, and researched AI-powered space recognition features to explore how intelligent automation could streamline the product's core flow.

Real Impact

Real Impact

The result was an interface that stayed clear and actionable in high-stakes moments, backed by a scalable design system and a research-informed path toward AI-assisted features addressing both the immediate usability challenge and the product's long-term complexity.
